Based on your assessment, you could qualify for 2 schemes.

Schemes you could qualify for are listed first. Always confirm details on the official scheme website.

Paid for by government and run by your council, for lower-income households in less efficient homes in England. If you own and live in the home and qualify, you pay nothing.

  • No set amount per household on GOV.UK. Councils work to an average spend per home.

Open if your council has funding. Delivery ends on 31 March 2028.

Eligibility

Home in England, privately owned or privately rented, with an EPC of D to G. This means an actual EPC, not our estimate.
One of these: a postcode in the lowest-income areas, a listed benefit, or gross household income under £36,000 (or below the after-housing-costs table).
Landlords: the first home is fully funded, then 50% of the cost.

Your assessment suggests you could qualify. Always confirm with the scheme.
