We pull your property's record from the public EPC register, which tells us the rating, the construction and the heating type already on file.
Anything the register does not know or has wrong: extensions, a new boiler, glazing you have replaced since the last assessment.
Income band, benefits, and whether you own or rent. Most schemes are means-tested, so without these we would be listing grants you cannot get.
Most of this money is handed to councils to spend, so the answer changes across a boundary. We keep a page for all 361 UK local authorities.
