Why is grant eligibility so confusing?
Schemes are run by different bodies — central government, energy suppliers, and local councils — each with its own criteria. They open and close on separate timetables, and some are means-tested while others are not. There is no single register that tells you what you qualify for.
Do I need an EPC certificate?
No. If your property has one on the public register we will pull it automatically from your postcode. If not, we work from the details you give us.
Is this the same as the full assessment?
No. This path only looks at funding. The full EcogradeAI assessment analyses photos and video of your property to find efficiency improvements. You can start that at any point afterwards.
