Grade the AI against your own lodgements.

EcogradeAI rates homes from photos. You have surveyed the real thing. Each property you validate shows us where the photo reading goes wrong, and pays £10.

  1. 01

    Upload the lodgement

Drop the Elmhurst or RdSAP PDF for a property you have already surveyed. We pull out the photos and the property details.

  2. 02

    Record your rating first

Enter the band and score you lodged before the AI runs, so the comparison stays blind.

  3. 03

    Check the AI's reading

Mark walls, roof, floor, windows and heating right or wrong, and approve or reject each recommendation. A note is required for anything wrong.
